FAQ

  1. How do I place a custom commission order?

    • When the "Custom Commission Order" listing shows as available (not "sold out"), you're ready to secure your order. There is a list of guidelines that further explain the process in the product listing.

  2. What materials do you use in your artwork?

    • I use high-quality acrylic paints and brushes to ensure a beautiful and lasting finish. My artwork is created on canvas paper or Bristol vellum board, depending on your preference, both of which provide excellent texture and durability.

  3. Do all paintings have frames?

    • Yes, I offer frames for all of my pieces, including custom commissions. Frame pricing varies based on availability, size, detail, age, and other factors. We can discuss frame options during the commission project scoping phase to find the perfect match for your artwork.

  4. How long does it take to complete a commission?

    • Time frames vary by project, but an estimated 1-2 weeks is expected.

  5. Do you ship internationally?

    • Unfortunately, I do not offer shipping internationally at the moment.

  6. How do I care for my painting?

    • Your acrylic painting has been varnished with a satin finish for added protection. To keep it in great condition:

      • Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause colors to fade.

      • Dust gently: Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to clean your painting. Avoid using water or cleaning agents.

      • Humidity control: Keep the artwork in a stable, dry environment to prevent warping or moisture damage.

      • Handle with care: If you need to move or rehang it, handle the edges and avoid touching the painted surface.

  7. What is your return or refund policy?

    • All sales are final. The only exception is for custom commissions: if, after discussing the project, we decide it's not a good fit, a refund or partial refund will be offered for the commission deposit.
